Genius is as overused a word as ‘love’ online, but I love this work of genius by Jeff Desom. Rear Window is one of my favourite films, I’ve seen it so many times that I didn’t think anything could add to my viewing experience. Next time I watch I’ll be taking more notice of the background than Jimmy Stewart.

RIM won't save itself by withdrawing from consumer markets
Wow. I thought Stephen Elop’s ‘standing on a burning platform’ speech was the most dramatic thing I was going to see in mobile this year, but RIM completely withdrawing from the consumer phone market is an incredible decision.
I’d love to know what they’re thinking. BBM really made the news last year (and not necessarily in positive ways) and it’s not like iMessage has eclipsed it. Wonder if they’re just going to license BBM as a software/service? Should be interesting to watch.
