Chelsea banned by Fifa from signing players till 2011
Ouch. It’s been a long time coming for a club that’s been operating disgracefully in the transfer market for about four years now. No doubt Abramovich’s money will find a way to change FIFA’s mind, but it’s nice to see a public chastisement at last.
